After performing the Tank 500 3.0 2024 chip tuning Stage 1 program, deep software optimization of the engine control unit was made. During the work, the ignition, fuel supply and turbo settings were changed, as well as temperature control.
To ensure the safety and reliability of all systems, diagnostics were performed before the procedure and after installing the new firmware. It took 2 hours to complete it, including individual adjustment and parameter verification.
The engine's power increased from the base 299 to 357 horsepower, and the torque increased from 500 to 560 N∙m, which significantly improved acceleration dynamics and throttle response, and eliminated the turbo lag. The car became more responsive and comfortable to drive due to the smooth operation of the automatic transmission, while reducing fuel consumption.
Effective optimization and careful firmware tuning have allowed us to achieve a balance between performance and durability. This approach positively affects engine life and overall driving comfort in various conditions.
